“I started my career in September 2017 to change lives. In January/February of this year, I met John and decided to get his help ;-) in order to live healthier, but also not have to go without completely.

My goal was to lose 6kg by May 2018. With his support and a lot of discipline, I managed this, even in April. Now we are working together on the last 5kg.

What I appreciate about John is his openness and... honest kind, he doesn't talk you into anything, talk nice or anything else, on the contrary, he always has an open ear, always tries to answer all your questions, responds to your needs individually and gives you advice from time to time make you laugh on worse days :-) or give out a small one Ass kicking, if it's with the motivation sometimes grinds. Due to my physical ailments, especially my bad knee, I'm so crazy and try everything to get relief. So I've been thinking about my diet and my weight for a long time. Yes, I have a few kilos too much on my ribs, I stand by that and I have never felt uncomfortable. At the beginning of the year I applied to Biggest Looser, but I didn't get any further due to the large number of applications. So I looked into it intensively and thought about what I wanted. I want to lose weight in the long term and feel good about it. I don't necessarily want to do without and I'm a person who sometimes needs a kick in the ass and motivation.

John Fiedler came from my little back room fitinsnewlife back into my memory. So I simply wrote to John and made the first contact.

Since John a Nutrition Coach I thought to myself, this will be the right path for me. I originally wanted to start in September, but why wait, I wanted to lose weight NOW and not in September. So I met John at the end of June and told him about my knee Insulin resistance and all other ailments. I didn’t ignore my many food allergies.

After an intensive first conversation, John promised me that I would have one Nutrition plan tailored to my needs. A few days later it was in my mailbox. A first glance revealed that he took my wishes into account, especially when selecting the dishes.

On July 2nd I made the project permanent Lose weight and maintain weight in the long term begun. My starting weight was - I can hardly say it - 98.2 kg. I lived exclusively according to this meal plan, especially for the first few days, to get a certain routine. Especially in this initial phase, I was worried that I would be hungry on a regular basis, because that Calorie deficit was unusual for me. After almost 10 days, I started cooking our usual meals on my own, but replacing certain things.

I live this change and give up nothing. I'm doing extremely well, I haven't had any cravings to this day, and I still commit sins sometimes. However, it is important to find your way back to your new path.

Today, 6 weeks later, I now have 12.2 kg less on my ribs. The first clothes that were forgotten fit again. I'm feeling significantly better. I get a lot of positive feedback from people who haven't seen me in a while, but also from my immediate surroundings. I am completely happy to have taken this step and to have someone at my side in John Fiedler who knows how to do it motivate and is always there for you around the clock if questions arise.

Now I'm tackling the next 10 kg and will get closer to my desired goal little by little!

"I have been following and observing you on Facebook for a long time in some groups. Your tips and advice were always subtle in the background but already clear.

That's what I wanted; So I wrote to you and a short time later we were in “business”. Your Nutrition plan has included all of my favorite dishes, but there are also other great and delicious recipes. The overnight oats are now part of my daily feast. There are no bans, sweets are also included and sometimes even really necessary in order to keep the deficit from getting too high (John's most common question: Do you still have chocolate in the house? *laughs*).

At first I just wanted the nutrition plan so that I could cope with it on my own, but then I realized that I had to do a daily one temporarily companion need. Even if it was just to “make mimimi”.

It has now been three months since our first contact and we hit it off straight away. You were and are always honest, never once pushy, unpleasant or put me under pressure. You quickly took away the pressure of wanting to lose weight quickly. You immediately understood and absorbed my doubts and worries.

I'm far from reaching my goal, even if I'm "only" 4 kilos away from my dream weight. They're really tough like chewing gum but I can still manage it! 😀 But you made it clear to me once again that the number on the scale down there is not the decisive criterion and that normal weight fluctuations can really get on your nerves. And overpriced drainage teas don't help either, while we're on the subject 😀

Body measurements say a lot more and I really had fun shopping last week! The last centimeters on the hips and thighs then disappear. You have to be able to enjoy life, otherwise it won't be any fun.

We are still in regular communication and the tips I would like to get from him are really free and super good!

John, I really thank you very much for the work you have done to date. You can tell how much fun you enjoy accompanying and supporting people in achieving their goals and on the way there. You continued to motivate and support me, especially in the two weeks after my accident. Otherwise I could have eaten a large package of sweets every day out of frustration.

My decision at the time was absolutely right!

"In March of this year I finally wanted to take it into my own hands: eat healthier, lose a few kilos and exercise more. So I started looking for one personal coach, who can help me with exactly that. I didn't want to use any online services where you are tied to a contract or where you have to pay a lot of money. The support I received during my weight loss process was immediately familiar from the start and John treated me on an equal footing.

If things weren't going so well one day, there was always an open ear and encouraging and, above all, motivated words from John. That really encouraged me on my path and was good for me. John gave me a few recipes from which I picked my favorites straight away. The journey to changing my diet, yes, the lovely chocolate was my daily friend, was not without its challenges, but it was worth it.

I'm now continuing on my own after 12 weeks, but I'm also sure that I'll fall back on John if I get stuck and want to get the motivation back. In the 12 weeks I lost 8kg of weight. A good result in my opinion!
